Registrations have opened!! There are 3 programs total, so please do take the time to review them all here for the most suitable one. There will be a non-refundable $35 application fee per individual registering for the Arts Workshop and 3-Day Festival programs. Please remember that our Arts Workshops and 3-Day Festival includes an entry to the Festival Competition as well as a Gala admission. For those registering with schools or institutions, please speak with teachers about registration. Sponsoring institutes may register for Grand Finale Gala group performances by contacting Prenicia Clifton through our Contacts page. Cancellation Policy for All Students
Cancellation requests must be done in writing and submitted via email to info@cyee.org. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a cancellation is made prior to April 1, 2017, a full payment will be refunded. No refunds or credits will be issued after April 1, 2017, except in the case of a medical emergency. All requests for a cancellation due to medical emergency must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. No refunds are issued for any late arrivals or early departures from any workshop sessions.
Early Bird Discount available until April 15 so register now!
Register before April 15 to receive a $100 discount for the Arts Workshop program. 3-Day Festival and Arts Workshop registrants will be waived of their $35 application fee as well! Discount only applies to students who register before April 15th AND are paying in full upon submission of application.
Tuition Deposits
Art Workshop tuitions include a $250 deposit and 3-Day Festival, a $50 deposit. Once paid, the amount deposited is deducted from the Arts Workshop and 3-Day Festival tuition. Students must pay in full by July 1, 2017. Students may also choose to pay in full at the time of registration.
Deadlines
Domestic students applying as an Arts Workshop Resident Camper must register by May 1st. All other program deadlines are July 1.
